This heretic is neither. He is not Catholic, hence by his own acts, not the pope.
I noticed a few comments on this current thread and at the original source asking if the original source is a satire or parody. What Bergoglio did genuinely say at the link below on May 26, 2015 is even worse:

Still listening for a valid word from this pope. Rome has delivered scores of papal clunkers through the centuries, but this guy is setting a new modern standard.

The last time a pope spoke ex-cathedra was before I was born. 1950.
What I'm saying is, "infallibility" is not a personal characteristic of the pope. It is a gift to the Church which protects the Church from erratic popes.

I am Orthodox. And I have stated my views on this subject repeatedly!
I see him as a man easily swayed and one who will find himself in league with unholy allies.
So what he is saying is that he is unfit for the position. If we can have one retired living pope, we can have two.
Orthodoxy looks better and better with each passing day.
