So will this protect wedding vendors who get sued over not participating in homosexual marriage???
It is a travesty that such a thing even has to be considered.
Here is hoping that Trump can pull it off.
just stop any and all mooselimb preferences anywhere.
I thought the Constitution was pretty clear already, but I suppose we could add an “Eschew Coercion” Amendment.
The other problem is that the church now condones much of this activity. Women at the pulpit, communion served like chip and dip...
Ping!
The left doesn’t want protection for Christians. It wants special privileges for muzzies. Christians will have to bake cakes for gays, but muzzies won’t have to.
I would just advise him to hold off until Judge Gorsuch is approved.
Nail on head...we’ve got time.
I’m not sure how this will affect state laws and state courts.
This will put a wad in the panties of the secular humanists. Might even throw down the gauntlet to the Islamic terrorists, who may suddenly realize that the Christian heritage of that territory once known as “the United States of America”, makes this no longer an easy conquest.
And maybe after RBG assumes room temp.

If Muslims can get away with sexual assault, I would think so. A cake is no big deal by comparison.
Chuck Schumer was on “The View” today bloviating about how
the Dims, along with some GOPe intend to “block” Judge
Gorsuch.
Any GOPe that blocks him goes on my pooplist. (Schumer is
seeking vengeance for them not approving that guy the
Dims nominated last year.) Any Republican Senator that
blocks Gorsuch will be recklessly outing themselves.
WTF already.

Because everyone knows that women should be at home making a hearty Christian breakfast of pancakes and bacon for their men on Sunday morning.

Can you elucidate the chip and dip comment? I’ve never heard that and I’m curious what you mean.
And I wholeheartedly agree with women in the pulpit...that they shouldn’t be there. The Bible is crystal clear on that issue.
Brunch. There's a fast before communion. ;)
Bad idea. Falls into the trap that freedoms are conferred by government, when it should be the other way around.
This is a symptom of how far we have fallen as a nation. The Magna Carta for religious freedom is called the First Amendment.
