“No one bows to Rome or Francis”

If you’re Catholic, then you do. And please don’t play stupid word games with meaningless phrases like “Catechism” and “Sacred Tradition” (whatever the hell that is).

Sometimes our FRoman Catholic friends come off as badly as the Islamists do. Good thing they no longer have temporal power at their beck and call to force conversion to “their” church and way of faith, right?

You sound like a anti-Catholic bigot.

...”meaningless phrases like “Catechism” and “Sacred Tradition”...

Thanks for the softball toss. Meaningless. Oh, ok. It’s nice to learn from someone who knows everything. Please, how many minutes will it take a shuttle going 15,000 mph to fly to Andromeda?

For those who are humble, the Bible is a precious book delivered my members of the Catholic Church, especially St. Jerome who was encouraged by bothSt. Monica and his pet lion.

You have no clue on Catholic beliefs and the concept of papal infallibility.

Ignorant as I am, I look stuff up every day. Though I''m rather familiar with these words, I believe I'll Google "Catechism" and "Sacred Tradition" and see what more I can add to my knowledge or insight.

It's wonderful that there's so much free education out there: applicable, of course, only to those who are willing to learn.
