Archbishop Rino Fisichella, president of the Pontifical Council for the New Evangelization, said “there is no foothold for challenging the magisterium of Pope Francis in the light of the previous magisterium.”

The Italian archbishop also said he believes it is important “to read carefully all of Pope Francis’ teaching and not just some of his interviews. A mosaic is revealed by the whole set of tiles, not just one tile,” he said...

I agree. The mosaic reveals he's a heretic. Thanks for proving our point.

The better question for this Archbishop to ask himself why do many, many heretofore loyal Catholics simply do not trust Pope Francis.

Translation: "We set up a new "tradition" in the 1970s. That's the tradition you have to go with. If you attempt to look beyond that to traditional Church teaching of the previous 1900 years, well, that's now heresy because Church teaching has developed beyond it."

Makes perfect sense, right?

Fisichella said he believes “one should never use the magisterium as an instrument to dispute the development of doctrine.”

Does he mean that no one can compare what Frankie says to what the Magisterium says, the 2,000 + year instrument, in order to check and see if Frankie is full of baloney?

Have you ever seen that cartoon of a dog getting a lecture from his owner? The owner is choosing words carefully, but all the dog hears is, “Blah, blah, blah, Fido, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah!”

That’s about how the Vatican is starting to sound!
