They’re all British. What does that tell us?
I Don’t Have Enough Faith to Be an Atheist
_Frank Turek
“I once was lost; but now am found, was blind but now I see.”
You been reading my profile my friend? :^)
I think the British have a long history valuing freedom and in these cases many of the atheists want to be free of God. Personal autonomy seems to go against God’s will because, even though we are free to sin and voice our complaints against God and against the existence of God, we are never free of the repercussions of breaking God’s rules. The struggle for British freedom which probably started with the Magna Carta and goes to present, gave birth to the individual freedoms outlined in the Declaration of Independence and the American Constitution. Freedom is a big idem in our culture.
Now for a hypothetical case: say we die and go to heaven and want to change things in heaven. Say God doesn’t listen to our suggestions. Can we then create a party, have an election and vote out God of power? People would be saying, “if God only got more votes... maybe next time he will.” Here we have democracy, or a regime practicing individual freedom, ruling in heaven.
If the Brits valued freedom they’d abolish their monarchy.
...and get rid of their islamists.
The Devil has seen God but human atheists have not. Not a fair comparison.

They should have included Josh McDowell, author of More Than a Carpenter. He set out to prove that Jesus Christ was a fraud and ended up writing a great, best-selling Christian apologetics book.
Problem is, atheism requires a lot of faith.
I have been watching the brilliant mathematician, philosopher, and Christian apologist John Lennox. He will blow your socks off. Ravi Zacharias is excellent, too. They often debate atheists, but I like to watch their teaching segments on YouTube, especially John Lennox. He opens the Scripture like no one I have ever heard before.
Ricky Gervais is the ultimate, most arrogant POS and SOB I have ever seen. His day will come.
“If the Brits valued freedom theyd abolish their monarchy.”
That’s true. But, in fact, they have already done that: the Queen is just a figurehead.
You’re right. I’m just suggesting that most people think democracy is the pinnacle of freedom. And it is on this planet... but not in heaven.
Bill Mahr and Penn Jelette are huge God haters
