Father God, You are wonderful.  You have been so gracious to us in this covenant of grace, relentlessly calling to us, revealing Your wonders and convicting us concerning righteousness!  You will that all would receive Jesus as Lord and Savior.  How compassionate and loving You are.  Thank You.

All of us gathered together here in Jesus’ name have had countless encounters with You, the living God.  We have heard Your voice, seen You move miraculously and felt Your presence.  Many of the saints of old never had those encounters and still followed You faithfully.  They are an example for us.

As we intercede on behalf of the lost in our United States, we are praying for their eyes to see what we have seen.  They don’t deserve this special call of grace, just like we didn’t, but we have faith in Your goodness and in Your love for them.  May they see Your wonders and give You the glory.  May they dream divinely prompted dreams and see divinely prompted visions.  May the Word of Your laborers ignite a fire in them to follow Jesus.  Show them Your glory!  “Let Your work [the signs of Your power] be revealed to Your servants And Your [glorious] majesty to their children.”
