My children know that I Am singing over you mercy, grace and favor to,
Look to the hills from where your help comes,
For truly I Am your atmosphere and Zion,
Seek me out while I may be found,
Simple Thanksgiving and Praise is the sound,
That turns my face of mercy, grace and favor towards you,
As I hear your worship I will abide with you,
Come taste the fruit from My Eternal Tree,
Living and bearing for you from me,
I alone Am your sustainer and breath of Life,
Come to My well of sacrifice,
Here I Am waiting for you,
You will find me in your heart when you say I do,
Your true surrender to Me,
Is your only key . . 🔑
Thankyou Lord Jesus for always interceding for us in our walk through this life
Jesus wrote this?
Someone who imagines words of Jesus I guess.
Yeah, I don’t recognize the lyrics right off hand.
Got a chapter and verse for these claims?
Someone’s random word generator is humming along just fine, I see.
It produced a nice word salad.
“The Lord your God is with you, He is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing.” (Zephaniah 3:17)
Zephaniah 3:17 includes an interesting description of God singing over people: “The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing.”
That verse was not in the body of the text of the thread.
Where are the chapter and verse references for the incoherent sentence fragments you posted as a thread?
There is one instance of Jesus singing in the gospels. After the last supper they sang a hymn (Matt 26:30) and then went out to the Mount of Olives and Gethsemene. Most scholars think it was likely the Hallel. Psalms 113-118
"Simple Thanksgiving and Praise is the sound, That turns my face of mercy, grace and favor towards you"
As you state,
Look to the hills from where your help comes<<<
The hills are alive with the sound of music.
What's funny about that is that it's a literal song with human speech as lyrics. It's a musical, after all.
But that's not the sound of music that the lyrics are all about. The words are really about what the hills sing.
My heart will be blessed with the sound of music.
Is it any wonder why David (or Jesus for that matter) spent a lot of time in the fields, in the hills, in the wilderness? Those solitary, desolate places were/are teeming with movement and life.
No wonder David could compose so many psalms for his beloved harp. Talk about inspiration.
When you know the notes to sing, you can sing most anything.
Stones sing when a brook spills over them, laughing on its way. Stones sing when the woodland critters scamper across them, or when a bird chooses a spot to belt out a tune.
Heh, leave it to the humans to think up a way to carry it too far!
Beautifully put Ezekiel
My circumference can not be encompassed for my slide rule is infinite and eternal as my kingdom and my name is too deep to fathom yet my love is understood and received by the humble in heart with the purity of clean hands washed in my blood for I call you innocent and worthy as I AM, for you ARE forgiven as you call Me Lord and King ❤
I can't (won't) apologize for the use of the NT, but bear with me here. This is a broad message intended for all people, beyond what anyone accepts or rejects as Scripture, doctrine, or what have you.
It's like when Dion stepped into the place of Joseph. Whose looking there, but there he was, singing his sweet song. The lyrics are a spot on match. Doubtful he meant it that way, which is exactly what makes his words innocent and genuine. Every word. Hear Joseph, who loved his brothers even though they hated him for his dreams:

"Chapter and verse..."
Matthew 23
37 O Jerusalem, JerUSAlem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!
38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
39 For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.
Maria brought music back into the house. It was desolate without the mother, without her music.
The captain.. had forgotten.
My heart will be blessed with the sound of music --
And I'll sing once more.
Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord:

Luke 19
37 And when he was come nigh, even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen;
38 Saying, Blessed be the King that cometh in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest.
39 And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke thy disciples.
40 And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.
41 And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it,
42 Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes.
I'll laugh like a brook when it trips and falls over stones on its way. Or like Rabbi Akiva when he saw a fox.
Notice how the "sound of music" parallels the lyrics to "Jerusalem of Gold":
Yerushalayim Shel Zahav - Ofra Haza (Live)
With Hebrew and Enlgish subtitles.
The refrain is the part that is repeated over and over, yet held back, restrained (there's a familiar name: Jacob):
Jerusalem of gold, and of copper and of light
For all your songs, I am your KINNOR
David's beloved harp was a kinnor, but in modern Hebrew, a kinnor is a violin or fiddle, so which is it?
The violin, known as the Messiah (Messie in French), remained in Stradivari's workshop until his death in 1737.
>>>
The Messiah was bequeathed by the family of W.E. Hill to the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford for preservation as "a yardstick for future violin makers to learn from".
Messiah Stradivarius
(*Elias* Ashmole for anyone interested in that factoid. The museum was built to house his cabinet of curiosities. Down the road, that's where the Messiah ended up beng preserved.)
Makes perfect sense -- The Messiah was named for being elusive. Even like a refrain.. repeated, yet held back.
How much more literal does it have to get until the big epiphany light bulb moment lights up the world? What's in a name!

Jesus wrote this?’
nah, it was Holy Ghostwritten...
I wonder if you are ribbin' us.
"Love Conquers All"
The painting illustrates the line from Virgil's Eclogues X.69, Omnia Vincit Amor et nos cedamus amori ("Love conquers all; let us all yield to love!"). A musical manuscript on the floor shows a large "V":
1 John 4:8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
Revelation 6
1 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.
2 And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.
The Great White Horse -- Buck Owens · Susan Raye
[When I was a young girl I used to dream of a lover
To be my shining knight of strength one day
He'd cary me to a castle in the heavens
and battle all my dragons on the way
And he'd ride down on a great white horse
He'd bring me love I was longing for
He'd bring me joy and lasting peace
On a great white horse he'd ride away with me
Singing dum-di-di-dum-dum dum-di-di-dum]
When I was a young man I used to dream of a maiden
With long soft hair flowing in the wind
Her laughing eyes and loving arms would follow
When I'd sailed around the world and back again
And I'd ride down on a great white horse
I'd bring the love she was longing for
I'd bring her laughter and sunny days
And on a great white horse I'd carry her away
Singing dum-di-di-dum-dum dum-di-di-dum
[The time has flown I find there are no dragons]
and I don't want to sail the seven seas
[Anywhere we are becomes my castle]
and the only world I want is here with me
And we both ride on a great white horse
We found the love we were longing for
[You're my sunshine on a rainy day]
You're my April you're my May

Lots of fun banter but the simple news is that the big guy in the background (using his bow as a staff) has been revealed.
Everything in its proper time and place.

God is such a "hopeless romantic" that the Prince Charming He has lovingly designed [to rescue His Damsel in Distress] is beyond comprehension and recognition, except to the actual Damsel in Distress.
When something looks too good to be true it usually is. Usually.
Prince Charming is "the knight on the white horse". On the Hebrew Wiki page that's his name/title.
It really is right out of a fairy tale. Who would ever believe it?
Ezekiel 11
19 And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh:
20 That they may walk in my statutes, and keep mine ordinances, and do them: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God.
Luke 17
20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
22 And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it.
23 And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them.
24 For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day.
The time has flown I find there are no dragons
and I don't want to assail the seven seals
Anywhere we are becomes my castle
You're my sunshine on a rainy day
