Ok sure
“render unto Caesar”
Precisely! The Lord walked on water but stayed out of the weeds. Let the gubmint do its thing. And they did worse things than vax mandates in those days.
Jesus came as a savior, not as an administrator.
That said, I have no quarrel with Franklin Graham and if I couldn’t see to cross the street, and the only two fellows ready to help me were named Franklin and Francis, I’d take Franklin’s arm. And I’m Catholic.
As an evangelical, I am disappointed that, with the exception of John MacArthur, the prominent evangelical preachers have not taken a stand against the over the top abuse by the political, media, and medical powers that rule this nation. Franklin Graham's vigorous support of the jabs is disappointing, but other than not supporting his Operation Christmas Child for the first time in a decade, there is nothing I can do.
I hope Graham speaks up about the dangers of the Covid-19 vaccine and is no longer eager to jab those he ministers to.
Yes; it does.
coinkydink?
“because he found another way to fleece people?”
Of all the religious celebrity-type people out there, Graham probably is the most honest of all the rest — almost above reproach. I disagree with his promoting the shots, but he doesn’t say they should be mandatory, so let him speak.
““I think if there were vaccines available in the time of Christ, Jesus would have made reference to them and used them,” he said “
i wonder if graham would care to opine as to whether Jesus would have preferred Chevy trucks or Ford trucks?
I’m not sure it matters what translation it is.
I think the point that Steve_Seattle made below:
1. Woman had a ‘discharge’ or ‘hemorrhage’
2. She suffered much and for years
3. Doctors had tried to no avail
Mark says something similar:
Mark 5:24-26
24 So Jesus went with him, and a large crowd followed and pressed around Him. 25 And a woman was there who had suffered from bleeding for twelve years. 26 She had borne much agony under the care of many physicians and had spent all she had, but to no avail. Instead, her condition had only grown worse.
Matthew doesn’t go into as much detail.
Matthew 9:20-22
20 Just then a woman who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years came up behind him and touched the edge of his cloak. 21 She said to herself, “If I only touch his cloak, I will be healed.”
22 Jesus turned and saw her. “Take heart, daughter,” he said, “your faith has healed you.” And the woman was healed at that moment.
The interviewer in that ABC edition (I think it was ABC) was acting as if Christians were total tools incapable of sound judgement and needed to be “guided” by voices of reason - like Graham. You see him slightly respond with concern as if the vax will protect them.
The fact that he would openly wish to partner with a rabid abortionist administration, that also nods at homosexuality is worse than troubling. Folks that would defend him may not think about that.
Why would a Christian yolk themselves in partnership with evil men?
No one speaks for Jesus . . .not even Franklin Graham.
Amen!
Why are you covering so hard, for these shots, and for a bad choice made by Rev Franklin Graham???
You said....
No, he did not. It was not acute.
Guess what?
ABC News says, otherwise....
BOONE, N.C. — Evangelist Franklin Graham successfully underwent a specialized heart surgery on Monday to treat a condition which had developed in recent months, a spokesman said.

SPECIALIZED HEART SURGERY.....TO TREAT A CONDITION DEVELOPED IN RECENT MONTHS.
You vax shills know no depth to your FRAUDci sycophant level.
And, yet, you have the gall to mock ransomnote.
Good find, Jane.
Nothing honest about these family dynasty cults that fleece gullible people.
That would be fine with me!...........................Sounds like HEAVEN!......................
Translation does matter
Men(doctors) are not miracle workers. God is
You still didn’t get the details right.
I gave you three versions of the gospel regarding those details.
Maybe you just want to argue?
“Nothing honest about these family dynasty cults that fleece gullible people.”
It appears that you’re lumping F Graham with the charlatan televangelists and mega-church “pastors” who DO, indeed, fleece gullible people. They’re disgusting PsOS and will pay dearly in the hereafter for being flim-flam men.
Do some research, learn about Graham’s efforts and organization, and I’m pretty sure you’ll come to a different conclusion. You aren’t stupid, but just ignorant of the facts.
Sorry, Graham is really no different. This is a family dynasty, a business cult. They have enriched themselves, passed this along within the family.
