Pope: migration is today’s social scandal
In his address, the pontiff noted that, “Migration today is a reality to which we cannot close our eyes. It is a social scandal of humanity.” So many people “set out on” the “road to be free, [but] so many [. . .] end up on the street or in the sea”, becoming “victims of adverse circumstances: be they political, historical or personal circumstances.”

When the pope makes such a proclamation is it considered “inspired”? On the same level as the new testament scriptures? If catholics really believe that nonsense, they should just defend this dude.
When I was having discussions with catholics, they would say a piece of nonsense like “it’s only inspired when he issues the decree and he’s seated on St. Peter’s chair” or somesuch 🐂💩.
