There is no magic incantation that makes a baptism valid or invalid.

G-d is not moved by special binding magic words.

A child is the lord’s until they mature outside of the age of innocence, at that point the will have a chance to come to the Lord in their life. If they choose to do so baptism is nothing more than a ceremony where in they commit themselves as a public act to our Lord.

Their salvation comes for Christ and Christ alone and is achieved when they bow / submit and accept Him into their life. His grace is sufficient enough.

Words mean things, and words are power. Jesus used words to call fourth Lazarus from the Tomb.

Your claim that words don’t matter or amount to incantation is not biblical. The difference is whethet they are done in the name of God or not. Jesus did his works in connection with his Father Nd in his own name.

His desciples he commended them to baptize in his name all nations.

You apparently have not read your Bible. Try reading Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy. Then come back to this forum and tell me God is not specific. For example, God gave specific instructions to Noah as to how to build the ark. God did not command Noah to build the ark but to do it as Noah saw fit. Because if God is not specific, a Catholic or an Orthodox priest can buy a bag of potato chips, consecrate them, and declare those chips are the Body of Christ. There is no Biblical precedent for consecration of potato chips. God gave His Chosen People specific instructions. And SPECIFICITY also applies to Christianity. Unfortunately, this is lost on many Christians.

So I can baptize someone in the name of Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and Joseph Biden, and you're fine with that?

It is interesting that you believe and teach others exactly the opposite of what the bible says.

You say that baptism is merely a ceremony, that has no real relevance to actual salvation is not necessary.

But the bible says the exact opposite. No where does the bible say that baptism is a mere ceremony. Several places it says it is essential to salvation.

So why do you believe and teach exactly the opposite of what the bible says? Who taught you exactly the opposite of what it says and how did you come to believe and teach it?
