Anger and rage can do more harm to those those who practice it, than it does to the person the anger is targeted at. How many times have we witnessed someone so full of anger and rage that they end up doing something that only hurts themselves. I readily admit that for many years I walked with anger in my heart for those who did me wrong or hurt my loved ones. I chose to sin and be angry, rather than be obedient and let go of that anger. It took many years to learn this lesson. And all it took, was for me to submit to God's will in my life, and soon I was seeing things through His eyes instead of my own. Once I submitted to the will of GOD, I realized how often He offered me grace instead of reacting in anger at me.Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. Ephesians 4:31
The Lord our God gave us a l free will, which is the ability to choose which road to take in our daily journey. We can either choose to walk in peace with GOD, or we can choose to walk in anger with our enemies in this World. One is grace the other is not, one is obedience the other is sin. We must all come to the realization that, through the sacrifice of His Son, Jesus, we can have Salvation. However, with salvation comes the duty to love, not hate. He loves me, and his grace is sufficient for me, who am I to do any less for others?
I am not perfect by any means, and thus I still fail to control my anger at people

I have to admit. Since 2020 I have been very angry and that is very unusual for me. I’m amazed how the truth is not obvious to people…also I’m getting tired of being cast as a “dangerous maga, Nazi, racist, bigot” for the past 12 years. Praying
I am the same way. I keep telling myself I am better than that, then they do something that makes me angry again.

Easier said then done, especially for those who are in the midst of battles. Injustice is the biggest cause for anger and continued injustice prolongs it especially if there is no relief in site. Letting go sounds shallow when you are in the thick of things and there is no help or support. Betrayal and week leaders in the christian church often leaves individuals on their own and makes one feel God does not care. Individuals who have suffered and tormented for years become bitter when those who have done the evil turn towards repentance and are forgiven and completely walk away without consequences while the abused continues to suffer from PTSD and other problems caused by the other person. You are going to need a better message then just “letting go”.
It’s like the Apostle Paul stated:
Romans 7:19-20
19 For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing.
20 Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
We got into this discussion on Thursday in our men’s group. Most of the guys said to leave it in God’s hands. Yes, I get that. But look at the apostles, they knew speaking and directing those to Christ had deadly consequences but heavenly gains. But we must also note that the left is winning souls to the devil more than we are winning souls to Christ. Each Christian kid that is brainwashed to a life against Christ and then commits suicide (42% amongst transgenders) is a soul lost for eternity. You are to let go of the anger. Not the indignation. Plus we are to fight evil, but do so without anger.
Difficult, true. yet even when Jesus was overturning the tables of the money changers, he was not unrighteously angry.
Easy for him, hard for us. So it leaves us in a dichotomy, how to show righteous anger without sinning.
I’ve seen first hand how lust destroys not only men but also their girlfriends/ wives/mothers and children who watch these men destroy themselves over illusions and pleasures. Men who left their wives and families because of lust then go on to commit suicide when their lustful fantasies disolve and reality bites them in the arse. The bitterness of wives who have gone through hell trying to hold the family together while their husbands act out to porn or prostitutes only to be slapped in the face when they reach out to the church or others, and told to suck it up and move on after they lose everything. The church and it’s leaders are absolutely weak when it comes to disciplining men and holding them accountable over lust. No, instead they down play it, joke about it and say it’s how God designed them. A lie from hell as God did not design any of us to sin. This attitude is what lead to the gays saying they were born that way. There is a lot of anger and bitterness towards the church for its passive responses to the culture and the minimizing of sexual sin. And it’s no wonder why we see the country going to hell and losing the battle to the lefties.
As I have admitted here many times, I struggle against anger issues. I have maybe 20+ books on the topic. News, politics and injustice are triggers——thus angry most of the days of the year.
I f****g hate everything.
In those years we have watched the Clintons abuse the constitution, Bush restore it (or at the time we thought so), Obama allowed to ignore it (thanks to republicans being afraid of being called racists, to Trump attempting to restore it by taking on the deep state, and then we watched as our country resolved into a tin horn dictatorship run by the World elites.
If we survive until we get things back, not much will be left to even recognize, and either of us believe the Republicans will do anything but give us more lip service, because they don't have the balls the left does.
So, I can understand why you “f”ing find hate everything. Be honest, so do I. Or at least about this World, but then we are told not to love the World, we are in fact told to hate it.
What you are called to do is love your fellow human, even if you despise what they do, because each human is made in the image of GOD. So while they live and act like they are made in the image of Satan, remember to love them and bless them, for it truly is like pouring hot Coals onto of their head.
Remember, we see the physical, GOD is in the spirit, so it is the spirit we need to be aware of, because if we don't, then one day we will be frying right next to them in hell where their worm does not die and the fire is never quenched.
I remember how angry I was at a certain incident when I was 10. It seemed like that incident followed me for 5 years, but now I am 66, and that day is but a moment in my past. In a trillion years from today, will you ever remember why you were so angry today? I know I won't. So I will fight, but I will do so in love, so that in a trillion years I will be in heaven living like this World never existed, instead of still burning in hell for something I cannot remember.
