In 2021, Coca Cola forced employees to take a mandatory course on LinkedIn to learn how to be “less white.” The course suggested that to be white is to be arrogant, defensive, ignorant, and oppressive. While envy is the most hateful, malignant, and vengeance prone sin in the entire catalog of human sin, it's also the one most disguised as something else. This is because no human really wants to admit that he envies someone else since that is to admit that he or she actually covets something about the envied such as popularity, beauty, success, virtue, intelligence, and so on.
I see the ghetto culture as a severe problem and I hope that someone offers a course in “How to be less black”.

And so far, everyone is playing along perfectly. Blacks now hate whites, whites are defensive about blacks, and everyone else is caught in the middle not sure what to do.

Yes, it does. In this case the spirit of envy resents all who are destined for eternal life in paradise restored. This is why Darwinism and other atheist humanist ideologies are taught. Why? Because Darwinism dehumanizes and causes forgetfulness of soul while the other ideologies corrupt and harden conscience.

It is more than severe, it's critical, as in life-threatening. Not just human life, but the life of our society and our nation.
My morning music mix just played "In the Ghetto" by Elvis Presley. That was recorded in 1969 -- over 50 years ago. As I see it, if black thug sub-culture was a problem that our elected elites wanted to fix, it would be done by now. The reality is, it's ten times worse.
