Archbishop Hervé Giraud of Sens-Auxerre said that “the process of reconsidering homosexuality in the French Roman Catholic Church has been ongoing since the ad limina visit to Rome in 2021,” according to a report by Christian Network Europe, an online news portal.
“Since then, several bishops have been working on revising the doctrine. Leviticus 20:13 If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon them.
What is there to consider, seems pretty clear to me. I can easily list 20+ more saying the same thing. Numerous scriptures are pretty clear on the subject.
Can’t read the article without being a subscriber. What is the upshoot? They plan on going with homosexuality as ok or back to the bible teaching on it?
When you see people who absolutely should know Scripture displaying the fruit of depraved minds in their public advocacy it is okay to wonder if they have before they ever got to this point first given glory (worshipping some created thing) to something besides the Lord and also been ungrateful.
It is departing from the truth that precedes the fruit of depravity.

The last one out of the French Catholic Church, please turn out the lights.
Of the French who still go to mass (which is a small percentage) Half go to a traditional chapel (the SSPX is very strong in France). So even if it go’s through the effect will be limited.
What part of Romans 1 do these Bishops not understand? If culture dictates truth to the Church, the Church stops being Christ’s Church.
They shoukd encourage the non-catholic, anti-catholic bishops to keep coming out.

These guys in the church seem parallel to the guys in political office over here who claim they are Constitutionalists and meanwhile are getting rid of everything the Constitution stood for.
