There have been plenty of bad popes. That doesn’t mean they weren’t really pope. Francis is pretty bad at his job. He’s still Pope.

There’s already been an undeclared schism between those who went along or go along with the changes/New False Religion taught at Vatican II and those who did not and do not. Bergoglio is just the most recent iteration of the new false religion. Father Altman needs to now look beyond him.
