Do all men believe? No. Does Christ offer the same salvation to all men? Yes.

Jael if ALL (meaning all of every kind and sort) are drawn is God hapless and unable to do as He wills?
Running through the concordance the words 'all' and posting isn't exactly going to convince anybody. You are ignoring context as well.
