Negotiating with Communist and Muslim Dictatorships

I don't think Barack Obama has a clue when it comes to dealing with nuclear North Korea or almost-nuclear Iran. I think the chances of him successfully dealing with them -- and significantly diminishing their considerable threat against Western Civilization -- is virtually nil. These guys are going to be terrorizing us for a long time to come, unfortunately.

The President really needs to ask himself: Why would a criminal state -- or Communist or Muslim tyranny -- ever "unclench their fist?" That's all they've got! That's how they live and thrive! That deadly fist is who and what they are!

In the Game Of Life -- and of international politics -- if you meet someone with a clenched fist: First you ask him to unclench it (using reason); then you tell him to unclench it (using threats); then you make him unclench it (using force).

Leftists have a strange unreasoning obsession and fetish with virtually-endless talk, communication, engagement, and diplomacy with rights-violating Evil-Doers. But that approach doesn't always work. In fact, it never does. You have to back up your useless, counterproductive chit-chat with credible threats of violence.

If Communists or Muslims are consistently aggressing against Westerners or Americans, using their clenched fists to attack and successfully hurt us, then at some quick point we need to terminate the political conversation and make them stop.

You have to understand, in the Leftist group think hive of Academia, talking about an issue is "solving it".

Therefore for faux intellectuals like Dear Reader, they think that because they "discussed the issue" they "solved it". These faux intellectuals are completely incapable of cause and effect thinking or quantitatively measuring accomplishments.

Good point, MNJohnnie! Just as "victory" doesn't seem to be in their foreign policy vocabulary, so too "solution" doesn't seem to be in their domestic policy one. Leftists don't really achieve victory (sic) or solve problems (sic) until they've addressed the issue by expanding the government radically. As for the fact that this only makes the situation worse -- they don't care. And the answer for all the new and terrible problems created by them, they think, is even more Big Brother!! :-(
