Lake Havasu City, AZ., January 11, 2005 - Veterans for Constitutional Restoration (VetsCoR), Inc. has created a web site dedicated to honoring America's Armed Forces, past and present, and is now accepting submissions of service personnel biographies and photos.
The Portraits of Freedom (Portraits) web site - http://www.portraitsoffreedom.org - was created to honor and memorialize all active duty, reserve, and veterans who served honorably. The easily navigated site provides links to each branch of service and instructions on how to make submissions to this "virtual wall" for those who have served our country. Portraits has no advertisements or other agendas. It exists solely to pay tribute to the millions who have sacrificed some - and the some who sacrificed all.
We believe that we owe a large debt of gratitude, as a nation and as veterans, to our fellow veterans, current servicemen and women and to the memory of our fallen comrades, who undertook to lay their lives on the line for their country and its people. To that end, we have put together this website where families, friends, and supporters of veterans and current military members can memorialize the fallen or deceased and honor the living men and women who answered their country's call. It will be a permanent virtual memorial, easily searched and worthy of our Armed Forces.
Veterans for Constitution Restoration is a tax-exempt, non-profit, non-partisan educational organization. Our primary mission is to assist in educating our school children, as well as adults, about the history and scope of our Constitution and the original intent it was to have on this Republic. Our secondary mission is to support our military and veterans.

Thank you. I was black shoe on a frigate and brown shoe (aviation) on an LPH. It was my honor and privilege to work both.
