If I am not mistaken it is not illegal to own a flamethrower, all that you need is a "any other weapon" stamp for $5.00

Of course if you find a Flamethrowe a little bulky to tote around you could try one of these with "Dragon Breath" shells

Let me know when you've got a little vacation time available. You'll want to fire a familiarization course first. You know what happens when you point one straight down with the fuel tank valve shut off? Wheeee!
