LONGTIME Clinton pals Linda Bloodworth-Thomason and Harry Thomason are once again rushing to Bill Clinton's side in an attempt to preserve his "legacy."
With the help of filmmaker Adam Friedman, the Thomasons are set to make a documentary based on "The Hunting of the President: The Ten-Year Campaign to Destroy Bill and Hillary Clinton" by Clinton apologists Joe Conason and Gene Lyons (Thomas Dunne Books).
"This is not a film about Republicans or Democrats," Thomason told the Hollywood Reporter. "Rather, it's an insightful story that looks at the fringe elements of our society and their effect on the modern political process . . . how these elements influenced our national news media regarding the events and circumstances of Bill Clinton's administration."
The Thomasons also produced "The Man From Hope," the slick 14-minute hagiography that introduced Clinton at the 1992 Democratic National Convention in New York.

Do they ever give up assigning blame for their corruption? Harry and BillyBoy blaming it all on the VRWC is desperation.
Will add a great chapter to the conniving Clintons books, eh?

Phil,
Tho only difference between the Clintons and their sycophants and a madame and her "girls" is that when the Clinton crowd is finished their "work," no one gets any pleasure from it.
The writers, producers and "stars" of this film project are all slime. Did I miss anything?

I'm sorry to say that I've worked with this crowd and these FOBs have been propagandizing through their sitcoms from well before Billy Jeff ran for prez. Terrorists couldn't have poisoned our culture better than these two pseudo-hollywood liberals..... Okay, I'm better now.

The documentary will be made. It will be promoted - perhaps with a limited run in commercial theaters.
It will be given rave reviews by the critics. It will be nominated for an Oscar.
It will be watched by only 100,000 - 200,000 people who will know all about it and completely sympathize with its agenda before they watch the first minute.
It will be an absolute box-office disaster, just like War Room. It's failure at the box office will be completely ignored by the press, just like War Room. It will disappear into utter obscurity the minute the Oscars are over, just like War Room.

A documentary about the fringe of extreme politics? What is it an autobiography of Thomason/Bloodworth? They could title it A View From the Trash Heap of History! Talk about a waste of money!!
Pray for GW and the Truth!

Just for the sake of historical comparison -
War Room, which was released in 1993 (at the height of Clintonmania before the average citizen had gotten completely tired of these people) made $900,000 at the box office with fewer than 115,000 admissions.
This new project is just another way for the Thomasons to blow a few million on validating their egos.

They scurry around when some body shines the light of truth on them, as in the new book by the late Barbara Olson. Then they squeeze back under the rock they crawled out from.

the fringe elements of our society . . .JohnHuang2 repl'ed me in Nov. 2000 that membership in FR = defacto membership in the VRWC.
Didn't know that a white balding 46yo married Republican stockbroker with HS kids from the Midwest could be on the fringe, though.

I wonder if they would be interested in using the video from the "Count the Whitehouse Silverware" Ball?

Don't you know, the VRWC caused Clinton to get Lewinskis in the Oval office on company time. BOY, they are sure a powerful group. Bloodworth-Thomas had better watch out.
