Former President Bill Clinton is scheduled to speak Friday morning at the annual state convention of the Civil Service Employees Association in the Buffalo Convention Center. About 1,000 delegates are attending the convention. Clinton's speech is not open to the public

Just in case anyone is interested.
As far as I know there was no advance publicity regarding the "energizer bubba's" appearance.
The evening TV news mentioned it and this frontpage notice is merely a sidebar (including picture).
One can only assume that X42 will be receiving his customary fee.
