I just read your post #63 and I am sitting here crying. Here beings that have done no wrong, one a hero and even his dear dog is a hero of a certain kind. Trained to do his job. Both have been trained and both have served.

Just received this email,at least they sent a reply. This is the only reply I've gotten so far from anyone.

We appreciate hearing from you regarding your concerns over Robert Northcut and his dog T.J. Please know this did NOT happen in the City of San Diego and the City of San Diego has no jurisdiction over the matter.

We checked into details of the incident and the City of Solana Beach, which is north of San Diego, is the appropriate government agency to contact.
