Four out of five MPAAT grant dollars have gone to organizations or individuals with ties to the MPAAT board of directors or its advisory committees. The committees were disbanded a few months before grants were awarded.

they and their ilk, and obnoxious state income taxes, are the reason i left over 20 years ago
as for their "success" in moose lake, bwhahahahahaha, i've been there, moose lake is a wide spot in the road, the population is 1,206 (i'm not kidding) and it has one zip code
good luck to these bozos in kandiyohi county (willmar is the largest city), it's almost 100% farmland
since this expose was done by the minneapolis red star, the real question is who the red star is mad at and why, as they don't normally spend their time attacking their liberal buddies

And we know where the money is going in this case. Right into the pockets of the organizations that have people on the board.
Simple. The Star didn't get any money and maybe MPAAT's been by-passing their paper as an advertising medium.
See how long it is before MPAAT's board goes to the Star and says, "We want to place $200k in advertising with your paper in the next two years." You watch, nothing but glowing stories from then on in.
