Judge Lamberth ruled that discovery in the seven year old case will come to a close in 90 days Uh-oh, Larry better hurry up here ... I see the making of a new fundraiser "And now the courts are forcing JW to shut down its operations unless you provide us with more $$$"

Gee, looks like Larry finally won one!

In another ruling last week, Judge Lamberth ruled that discovery in the seven year old case will come to a close in 90 days. In other words, the court told Judicial Watch that seven years is too long for it to be continually fishing without landing anything.

I'm still waiting for the news release that sez somebody's in prison as a direct result of a JW case.

What documents? Oh you mean the ones that accidentally got shredded 7 years ago around midnight? We're so sorry, it was just a bureaucratic snafu. Surely you can't hold us in contempt for a snafu? The secretaries just had a little too much to drink at an office party and you know those silly things just decided to have at the shredder. It wasn't our fault!

Nolanda Hill, late Commerce Secretary Ron Browns business partner and paramour, also testified before Judge Lamberth that the scheme to sell the Commerce trade mission seats for political contributions was conceived of by Hillary Clinton and implemented by Bill Clinton and Al Gore. Nolanda was told by Ron Brown to flee the country if he did not make it back from his plane trip. He knew he would be killed to ensure his silence. He didn't make it back , and he's conviently DEAD.
She was found living in Canada, hiding out.
Now, Clinton is no longer in the Whitehouse, nor does he have taxpayer dollars to pay his legal fees. Hillary is quickly becomming a political failure as well. The Marxist wall if falling.
FW needs to link Browns death to the Clintons. That would be their road to fame.

Keep going, Larry. No one else is pursuing it. Maybe you can actually finally stop Hitlery.

Thank you for the flag

This could be good if it can be tied into general DNC fundraising irregularities and lead into a widespread investigation of their crimes. Also, it may help to drag down Hillary. But otherwise, this is too little too late.

What ever happened to e-mailgate? Has that little Clinton weasel at the Pentagon ... Ken Bacon, ever brought to justice for illegally releasing Linda Tripp's personal file? These were all Judicial Watch issues at one time, that have yet to be resolved. They sort of fade away ... as I continue to receive solicitations from JW for more money ... in fact, I received one today in the mail.

I see the making of a new fundraiser "And now the courts are forcing JW to shut down its operations unless you provide us with more $$$". The press bent over backwards to cover or minimize Clinton regime crimes, the Senate failed utterly in their duty to protect the constitution and the rule of Law, the so-called Department of Justice has shifted from an accomplice to a "move on" mode, and Clinton appointed judges and their fellow clones have severely weakened objective law in the third branch. Clinton has hidden allies even here at Free Republic and you can see them expose themselves every time a Judicial Watch posting occurs. It is only through a handful of honest judges and JW's lawsuits that we can ever hope to see Clinton and his stooges even pay for a fraction of their crimes.

Was this a FOIA lawsuit or a FOIA request mischaracterized as a lawsuit by JW?
To: concerned about politics
You know, I hope that something comes of this, but it seems that there has been little success at getting at the Clintons through the court system. I applaud JW for trying however. What a thankless task!
