Brief bio:

G. Edward Griffin is a writer and documentary film producer with many successful titles to his credit.

My only problem is that I don't think this is a studied work.

For all an uninformed reader might know - it could be outright propaganda and wrong!

I like something written by someone who has spent some time studying a subject - and has also spent some time in the field *working* in his (or her) field of study.

I don't think that G. Edward Griffin fits that bill ...

Hmmm ... not only is Mr. Griffin most likely a Bircher -

- he also publishes such rags as The Enquirer!

Here is a sample of Griffin's writing - 3 days after the attack, he, like a LOT of other armchair quarterbacks were forecasting a 'rough ride' in our war on terrorism in Afghanistan.

This tells me he couldn't wait to begin casting aspersions on our leader's (and GWB's) intentions.

It is now three days after the attack, and I am haunted by the words of Sun Tzu. America has declared war, but her leaders are not even sure who the enemy is. Is it a man called Osama bin Laden? Is it Afghanistan, the nation that shelters him? Is it the Taliban which rules Afghanistan?

Is it a terrorist group called al-Qaida? Is it Muslim Extremism? We commit to war but do not know the enemy.
