But still , For me , there is still no credibility . Not from them , and many more . I lived there , and I have a thorough working knowledge of the business of the media . Yes , it is rare that I speak to myself , especially in public !

"The LA times is just as bad as the New York Slimes!!!!"
But this happens to be neither one. So how does that relate to this article?

Does anyone remember Enron's commericial that has a computer-like generated voice that goes, "Why- Why - Why" I understand Lay's net worth went from $287 million from six months ago to a little over a million now -
How prophetic was his commerical.....

Kath, you should do yourself a favor and do a search of every newspaper around the Globe to see how inane your responsed is!

Even though it has strong ties to the Republican Party, Enron also did remarkably well during the Clinton years. Just another one of those bipartisan deals. Nothing to see here little doggies, move along little doggies. Milking time.
To: rdavis84
And to ensure Enron's unconscionable profit, he should have added. Enron went bankrupt, so how exactly did Bush make them rich?
To: rdavis84
Bill Clinton's connections to Enron are far more interesting.
To: rdavis84
Hi,lol, priceless! ;-)
To: Quicksilver
Bill Clinton's connections to Enron are far more interesting.
Not if you support Clinton and wish to bash Bush.
To: Lady In Blue
Enron and Kenneth Lay were equal opportunity donors to the parties in power or aspiring to be in power... Nothing new about that... They really messed up a bunch of peoples lives with their off the books dealings which ultimately caused Enron's demise... There's a 50 story building in Houston that will most likely be available before long.... And Enron Field... home of the Astros will get another name shortly, I suspect.

Actually, I think so too. I wasn't aware of some of the ties involved in all of this. But the Title! Man, the TITLE just drives folks to distraction!

...the San Jose Mercury printed about how the CIA purposely fed dope to minorities...
Last I knew, this had been verified and admitted.

"so how exactly did Bush make them rich?"
I Didn't say he made them rich. The article might suggest that :-)
But since you bring it up, where DID those Billions go?

It was as inevitable as the sunrise that the left would attempt to tie Enron's bankruptcy to President Bush as a scandal.

Can you point to a specific reply on this thread that would indicate FReeper support of Clinton?
Take your time...
