Yeah.

Where's Larry? He should be taking credit for a "victory" right about now.

I agree. Come on Bush, do the right thing. For 900K to the DNC and a relatively small fine, Bernie stays out of jail. This sucks.

Who got away with what? It cost Loral $14 million according to the headline. You JW groupies are so duplicitous.

Well, gee, I'm not a JW groupie. It would be more appropriate if you stuck with the facts of the matter.....meaning that it hardly seems appropriate to punish treasonous actions with a fine, not jail time. Oh, and who is paying the fine....the guilty officials, those who affect the security of our country? Nope, it's the stockholders who had nothing to do with it.

So, when people like you, who admittedly represent a big portion of the population say that such an outcome is just dandy, we can expect no better. Too bad that so many, in their blind loyalty to person or party, act in a fashion similar to the Clinton defenders.

Oh, and I just note this on Drudge:

CIA: China expected to have 75 to 100 nuclear missiles pointed at U.S. by 2015

Good deal for $14 million, wouldn't you say, VA?

He'll be along shortly, no doubt, claiming this would have never gotten done without him.

Just another example of how everyone else ends up "paying" for associating with the Clintons, while they go on their way.

Stop trying to use your dislike of Klayman to distract attention from the issue ... which is whether Bush's administration is aiding and abetting the coverup of the Clinton administration's and DNC's many CRIMES. And maybe you should also tell your "friend", VA Advogado, that he is LYING when he claims Ron Brown's body was autopsied.

The criminal investigation has concluded, and a fine has been assigned. Loral is guilty of not seeking authorization from the Federal government to assist the Chicom, their actions suck, and were probably motivated by greed, or stupidity.

From the article: "The Loral case began as a criminal investigation after government experts concluded the satellite maker and service provider may have violated U.S. export-control laws when it provided technical assistance to China to improve the reliability of its rockets after a Long March missile carrying a Loral satellite crashed in 1996. Such assistance requires approval from government regulators."

Treason is difficult to prove, the Founders themselves set the standard, easy for you to accusse people of treason, and the DoJ of not doing their jobs. Fact is, that you are not privy to the deliberations, nor anything else related to the investigation.

>

The outcome will never be satisfactory to anyone like you, whose logic is tainted by a personal agenda, but the investigation happened, an a fine assigned.

As if you DON'T have a personal agenda. LOL! The Clinton administration investigated things too ... and in some cases assessed fines. BUT WE KNOW THOSE WERE COVERUPS. Why is this any different? You and the other "move-on'ers" STILL have not provide ONE EXAMPLE that the Bush administration is pursuing ANY of the crimes committed by the democRATS. NOT ONE. Why is that? You would think that they would investigate at least ONE of the crimes they committed? And you want us to believe that you don't have a personal agenda. Ha!

From the article: "Loral also was informed the Justice Department has terminated its investigation of Space Systems/Loral relating to this matter."

I know that facts and details are things that you would rather not concern yourself with; you prefer unfounded allegations, rumours, and unsubstantiated accusations; but I would read the article again, slowly.

Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar; an investigation is just an investigation; and an autopsy is just an autopsy. Unless, of course, you're Beachooser.

That only sounds like they are SHUTTING DOWN an investigation ... which has happened a lot recently, hasn't it? You do realize, don't you, that the Loral case is only a FRACTION of the allegations in Chinagate, NONE of which were honestly investigated by Reno and the Clinton administration. You do realize that Filegate, Emailgate, the death of Brown, the death of Foster, the Riady non-refund and several other scandals are ALSO just begging for an investigation. Or do you want to suggest that all those matters were fairly and honestly dealt with by Reno and the Clinton administration investigators? Careful with your answer ... your "conservative" credibility is at stake.

I know that facts and details are things that you would rather not concern yourself with; you prefer unfounded allegations, rumours, and unsubstantiated accusations; but I would read the article again, slowly.

Oh that's a laugh, coming from someone who REFUSES to address the facts in the Ron Brown case ... for example.

Tell me, Luis, are the statements of the pathologists in the Ron Brown case UNFOUNDED ALLEGATIONS? Were the demonstrable lies to the public by AFIP management about the opinions of those pathologists simply RUMOURS? Is it UNSUBSTANTIATED that the Air Force skipped the Safety Board part of the investigation (for the first time) and failed to mention the opinions of its experts (the pathologists) or the cooroborating photos and x-rays (the originals of which just disappeared from a locked safe at AFIP)? Or are you just RUNNING from FACTS like these ... which "move-on'ers" ALWAYS seem to do? Tell us, why are you SATISFIED that the people who made it possible for the Chinese commmunists to deliver nuclear weapons to the United States have been properly punished by paying a measly $14 million dollar fine?

Quit the spin, they investigated, reached a decision, and terminated the investigation.

Contrary to your spin, they have investigated.

So you TRUST all the "investigations" (if you can call them that) and decisions not to investigate (there were many) by Reno and the Clinton Whitehouse? How much like a democRAT. You RUN from the facts (notice, readers, he won't debate even the few I listed in the Brown case) like a democRAT. Instead, you relies on "witty" remarks like "Is Ron Brown still dead?" ... like a democRAT. Yes, Luis ... he is. Why are you so afraid of having his body exhumed and autopsied? Why is the only person showing up to support you a PROVEN LIAR like VA Advogado? Again, why haven't you joined me in telling VA Advogado that Brown was not autopsied if you are all that concerned about RUMOURS?

Loral isn't going to pay the fine. They have had me in court for 11 years over a paltry sum. They wouldn't pay my disability. They have been ordered by CA courts to do so and by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to do so. They have spent more on lawyers than they would have had to pay in the first place. And I was on disability because of their VP who gave our technology on the "momentum wheel" to the red chinese. He harrassed me so badly when I worked directly for him as a marketing manager, that I collapsed. It was no accident that he gave the technology, he knew exactly what he was doing. He lied on his security clearance papers and said he was born in Singapore. He was not, he was born in Shanghai. His friend Dr. Yuli Lee is married to a red chinese general's daughter who worked for MacDonnell Douglas and was instrumental in selling all the machine tools to manufacture high tech equipment. Need I say more? And Clinton enabled the traitors to go free. And what is Bush doing about the problem? Covering it up.
