Ernst Roehm was also a homosexual.
Hitler loathed queers; however, Hitler also understood politics.
He needed Roehm & his followers -- badly -- if he were ever to assume total, absolute power?
Of course time passed, & history unfolds in Hitler's favor; so that once Hitler has a secure his grip on all Germany & the German people's hearts & minds?
The real *truth* of Ernst Roehm wasn't going to *quite* fit-in to Hitler's idea of what comprised his, "Arian Master Race."

So, as the story goes...instead of Ernst Roehm being richly rewarded for all he'd done on behalf of Adolf Hitler as he fully expected?

Ltd. for a $750 million cash investment for a joint majority stake in the company's equity in connection with a restructuring of the company's balance sheet. In order to begin the restructuring process, Global Crossing and certain of its affiliates commenced Chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York and coordinated proceedings in the Supreme Court of Bermuda.
