You are just a breath of sunshine aren't you? You need another hiatus, the other one wasn't nearly long enough.

As usual, criminals prefer unarmed victims. Since schools are self-defense-free zones, they are prime targets for the underbelly of society. The fact that my wife is a schoolteacher makes me very concerned about this nonsense, and I wish she was able to CCW to defend herself, and her students, in case the unthinkable should happen.

Law school, huh? They may have just released grades from the first semester and the shooter got something he did not agree with or flunked out. Just a theory from observing people kick out the front doors of the law school building when they found out they had flunked out.

On what do you base this??? What other rights do foreigners not have? Does the Constitution not apply to them at all?Actually, that debate has come up before. They are not American citizens, and TECNICALLY, have no constitutional protections, i.e., such as using a military tribunal for terrorist here in this country rather than the courts.

Well, gee whiz. I get mad at people sometimes. Now the excuse I'm hearing is that he was having
marital problems...and that the
first year of law school is the
toughest.....
Thank GOD he's not a stay at home mother.

"Among the dead was Anthony Sutton, dean of the school established in 1997" Has this guy been in the news? That name sounds very familiar.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Nigeria real close to, or next to Somalia(sp)? No. Somalia is on the East Coast of the African continent, Nigeria is on the west side of the continnent.

He doesn't like his grade.
So, he shoots people.
Apparently, he didn't learn much in class about law.
Seems the grade may have been justified; but his actions/reactions sure weren't.

That area is where I grew up. I had a buddy in the Army.... name was Paul Altizer... his family lived there and we used to drive up from Ft. Bragg on weekends... I've made out a few times in Breaks Interstate Park!!
His daddy used to ride coal trains down the mountain from the loading tipple... using hand brakes!! No locomotive!!! (this was in the early 60's).

"Foreign exchange student did not like his grades." You must not have heard that on CNN, or else you'd be reporting that he was an international exchange student.
That aside, I wonder what country he hails from? I gotta say that the mind tends to jump to conclusions at times like this.
