This would be a pain to research but I'd bet money that in the last 10 years, the rate of murders committed in by non-citizens in the US (per population) would be a tiny fraction of the rate of murders committed by US citizens (INCLUDING all the WTC and Pentagon deaths.)

Yeah, we had one in our law school class too. He was very weird. In fact, we had some not so great dealings with him coming into the law review office. In fact, now that you mention it, the one who had to deal with him, our Editor-in-Chief, is now a professor at Appalachian School of Law. Small world. From the news reports I'm getting, it appears he should be ok. Anyway, they eventually raided the apartment of our nut job and found a cache of weapons. We all breathed a sigh of relief! Don't think he ever granduated . . . .

The .380ACP sucks. .38spl is a better choice.

Depends on the particular weapon. A small person has problems concealing a large .38, and there are some tiny .380s out there. I know they have some small .38s also, but reloading is easier and faster with the semi (for me, I know people that can reload a wheel-gun faster than I can the semi).

Nice uber-cheap shot. The fact -- which you doubtless know as well as I -- is that Christian doctrine is diametrically opposed to the Islamic violence that is preached from mosques far and wide. The koranic call for death to the infidels share precisely nothing with Christ's teachings.

Hey Doc! The reason I said that is because the school would have his application on file, and law school applications are extrememly revealing to say the least. I should have said that the "media, the school, the police, the FBI, the President" all knew who this guy was within 20 minutes or less after the shooting, and that would include his medical history too. I guess maybe it would have taken the media an hour and a half to find out, depending on how good and aggressive the reporters were.
