People do not live in a vacuum. We need societies, and those societies need cultural norms to protect them. The cultural norms must be based on concrete moral truths or the society will self-destruct.
One concrete moral truth is that human life is precious. If it is not treated as inherently precious then society will eventually destroy itself as life is re-defined. It has happened before.
It is happening now.
Don't expect the pro-aborts (excuse me - "pro-choice" - they're ashamed to admit they're pro-abortion) to come to this thread. Facing the truth would hurt too much.
