NOVEMBER 26, 2002 REPORT
On November 1, 2002, the Swiss Seismological Service detected a 7.7 quake in the Vanuatu Islands, the second major quake in Vanuatu this year. (We were not immediately aware of the quake because it was not listed by our normal sources. (The SSS registered several quakes on November 1, 2002 which occurred very closely together [within a minute], registering an average of 5.1, with the highest reading at 7.7. Because these quakes occurred very closely together, the USGS listed the quakes as ONE quake, with a measurement of 5.1 to present a better overall picture of the quake). This earthquake has extremely important prophetic significance, and explains the unusual pattern of volcanic eruptions and large earthquakes following the event. Less than 24-hours after the Vanuatu quake, a 7.5 earthquake shook Sumatra, Indonesia, on November 2, 2002.
The following day, another great quake measuring 7.9 shook the Alaskan interior, powerful enough to be felt as far as Seattle to New Orleans, triggering volcanic activity as far away as Ecuador. In this report, we will examine the significance of the November 1, 2002 Vanuatu quake, along with other recent events which have helped shape a clearer roadmap for future events.
Word From 1/1/02
In January, 2002, we published a vision received on 1/1/02 (of a Great Quake which would take place sometime during the latter half of 2002, measuring 9.0 or greater). During the vision, the Holy Spirit verbally spoke to me that this quake would occur "after the second Polynesian quake".
Within less than 24-hours of the vision, a 7.3 earthquake shook the Vanuatu Islands on January 2, 2002. In light of this word received on 1/1/02, the significance of the Vanuatu Islands quake on November 1, 2002 becomes clear. The "Twin Fiji Quakes" of August 19, 2002, (measuring 7.6 and 7.7) was only a warning shot.
Meteor Deflected 11/1/02
On November 1, 2002, a large meteor was spotted was spotted over Turkey, observed by the flight crews of 6 commercial jets (4 in the air, 2 on the ground). Before impacting earth, airline pilots observed an "unidentified flying object" intercept and destroy the meteor, fragmenting it into "10 to 15 pieces", each the size of a Boeing 747. (The pilots noted that the meteor was very high in the atmosphere, and may have been much larger. At the minimum, if you add 10 - 15 fragments the size of a Boeing 747 together, you get a massive rock the size of a football field!) Six airline crews called in the sighting to air traffic control. Seismic Trigger Events
During the first week of March, 2002, the United States conducted it's heaviest bombing campaign against the Taliban in Afghanistan. It was during this week on March 3, 2002, that a 7.4 earthquake shook Afghanistan. This quake had global consequences, for within less than 48 hours another large quake measuring 7.5 shook Mindanao, Philippines on March 5, 2002. If 2,000-pound bombs from the United States Air Force could trigger a 7.4 quake, can you imagine what a rock the size of a football field traveling at over 130,000 miles per hour could do to the earth's fragile crust?
Heavenly Intervention
We believe that earthly armies had nothing to do with shooting down the meteor over Turkey on November 1, 2002, but that heavenly armies were involved in the incident. (To confirm, please read the pilot's description of the "UFO" which shot down the meteor. It certainly did not match the description of any earthly aircraft.) (Web Site) Note the timing of this incident: 5:44 UTC, only 8 hours prior to the 7.7 Vanuatu quake.
Initial Analysis: Between Nov. 1 and Nov. 3, 2002, we know that enormous tectonic pressure was about to be released through a series of 3 large quakes (7.5, 7.7, and 7.9). At the same time, a large meteor was heading towards the continent of Europe, scheduled to strike on the morning of November 1, only 8-hours prior to the first of three 7.0+ quakes. If this meteor had struck earth on November 1 at 5:44 UTC, pressure would have been released along the Pacific Rim in ONE Great Quake (9.0+), instead of three (7.0+) quakes. The epicenter of this Great Quake would have most likely been Alaska or the Aleutian Islands, which would have been large enough to trigger a secondary event along the Cascadia Subduction Zone, sending mamoth tidal waves across the entire Pacific, devastating Australia, Asia, and North & South America. The seismic impact in Europe along the Mediterranean region would have also been catastrophic.
Trigger Eliminated
One of the most common pitfalls in the prophetic is underestimation of God's grace and omnipotence. If our initial analysis and interpretation of the above trigger event is correct, it looks like I might have fallen into this pitfall myself when I declared that "a 9.0+ quake must occur by the conclusion of 2002". I stand corrected. Nothing is too difficult for God, even knocking a mountain of stone out of the sky before it hits earth, and causing it to bounce harmlessly off the atmosphere.
Judging Prophecies
In judging between true and false prophecies, many fall into the same common pitfall: Underestimation of God's grace and omnipotence. In 2 Kings 20:1, the prophet Isaiah told King Hezekiah: "Get your house in order, you are going to die; you are not going to recover". Should have Isaiah articulated his prophecy differently, or did he really hear from God?
I believe he heard from God. But note that by 2 Kings 20:5, God had already changed his mind because of his loving kindness and mercy towards King Hezekiah, and his omnipotence to intervene in a terminal situation. King Hezekiah was healed, and given another 15-years of life. In judging whether a prophetic word is true or false you must not only discern the prophecy, but also discern the heart of God during the progression and resolve of the word at its conclusion.
Hezekiah Generation
NOTHING is impossible for God. This generation is terminal. The peace treaty of Daniel 9:27 is about to be signed, and once it is signed, prepare yourself and get your house in order; this generation will not recover. Do these words sound familar? In 2 Kings 20:9-10, after God changed his mind and gave Hezekiah another 15 years of life, an unusual thing happened: The shadow on the stairway of Ahaz went "back 10 steps".
It was at this point in history that many researchers believe the earth was knocked off it's axis, which caused the earth to gain almost another full day. Although Hezekiah gained another 15 years of life, many around the globe died through fiery volcanic eruptions, earthquakes and tsunami. December, 2002, is a pivotal month in world history. As the "Quartet of Nations" gathers to meet in Washington on December 20 to discuss the creation of a Palestinian State, and Daniel 9:27 begins to take shape, a sobering question arises: "If God intervenes and grants us another generation, will it come about in the same manner as Hezehiah's extended generation? Will the shadow of the sundial be turned back once again in our lifetime"?

QUESTION:
Hi Timothy: I have a question I would like you to answer and bring clarification. Your vision on October 31, 2002 showed a 10.0+ figure vanish as the Hand of the Lord moved across the report. Then it was replaced by a 7.0+ quake which was quickly followed by a 9.0+ quake. If the meteor you spoke about yesterday in your report had not been broken into pieces, it would have struck and most likely a 10.0+ earthquake would have happened.
This actually confirms your vision that a 10.0+ figure "just disappeared" by the Hand of the Lord. Then (according to your vision) it was followed by a 7.0 + quake. After the meteor was broken, THREE 7.0+ earthquakes happened (Vanatu, Sumatra, and Alaska). The next step in the vision was the 9.0+ earthquake which quickly followed. It seems to me that the 9.0+ earthquake is still probable because it is totally lining up with your Vision on Oct. 31. Have you considered this or did God show you something else to confirm that his mercy was extended and a 9.0+ earthquake would not happen?
ANSWER:
An earthquake magnitude 9.0+ in 2002 in not only probable, but likely. The purpose of the November 26, 2002 Report was simply to point out that God in his sovereignity is not bound by earthly timetables, even if he is the one that revealed them (2 Kings 20). I believe that December is an extremely critical month. Although one trigger event apears to have been eliminated on November 1 (meteor), I suspect that another heavenly surprise may not be far behind.
QUESTION:
I read with great interest your recent prophetic report. At the moment, I am somewhat confused. I had read in the past; UFO's were of demonic origin. However, reading your report leads me to believe the UFO's in subject were of Divine intervention. Time permitting; please send a "brief" explanation.
ANSWER:
It is my personal opinion that many "UFO's" (unidentified flying objects) are actually angels. As a matter of fact, we have received numerous letters this week of UFO sightings from individuals around the Pacific Northwest and Alaska since November 1, and are aware that there has been a concentrated effort by angelic forces to delay certain events because of the intercession of the saints. We will be publishing more on this topic (UFO's) later.
------------ Q: He's also saying some interesting things about UFO's being angelic. I sent him some info about my convictions that a minority of them are. He's reportedly working on a significant document about UFO's currently. We shall see what he has to say. I'll probably post it on one of the recent UFO threads.
