Rumors on the street is due to hard times, Ellison mugged and then fired the two programmers, Then he hired 1,000 new sales reps with blank checks to call on Sacramento. Understand they need new checkbooks delivered to their offices every morning. Funny thing all the checks all say the same, Pay to Benito Davis, the small sum of #25,000, signed Larry Ellison! All the sales rep has to do is to date the check and fill in the department that is buy 100,000 programs for 100 employees!
There was no need to train these reps on product knowledge and tech knowledge on the Whoreacle products. They just needed to be able to date the check and fill in the department.
This part of my reply is true and not a joke. So far not a single department has used the programs purchased from Whoreacle nor has a single State Employee used the programs. This was documented by an audit done this March.
