Besides, there is no federal legislation existing today that would allow for the arrest. A lot of pro-gay agenda groups are pushing for this legislation, but it hasn't yet been passed.

And when did "federal legislation" ever stop the dirty men in black robes from doing whatever they wanted? A lot can be changed when jurors are TOLD how they will address a case, or no jurors are involved, at all. We're getting a bit of topic at this point, but I don't believe many of the laws protect us when you have a tyrannical system slowly emerging. They've already changed enough of the laws that they can choose to ignore some that don't suit their needs. Or, at least they can "bypass" them.
