Yep, he was at that event at the LA Sheriff's department that Bill Simon and Rudy Giuliani attended. He almost got into a fistfight with one of the Davis goons in prison stripes.

I don't know his name

From the caption under the photo, his name might be Joseph T. Kung:
"Although the official purpose of the Asian Pacific Islanders forum was educational, Joseph T. Kung of Orange County was in campaign mode Sunday."

Darryl Young, director of the state Department of Conservation: a surprising and frightening lack of understanding of the Asian community and their issues.

Darryl, you had better stay home with your lights turned off this Halloween, lest the little ghosts and goblins who come trick-or-treating surprise and frighten you. Maybe you can hide in a closet with the want ads, since you might be out of a job in another week!

What is really frightening is Gray Davis' ruthless campaign to ruin California. His unethical decisions and general incompetence demonstrate his real "lack of understanding the issues of the Asian community" and of the non-Asian community -- that we want a bright future for our children, lower taxes, dependable utilities and infrastructure, etc.

Davis' mismanagement of state affairs is an insult to all Californians. Dump davis!

If you're coming 'all the way' down to Anaheim, consider
having Sat breakfast at the Rush Fan Club monthly meeting.
I'd love to meet you.

Crown Plaza Hotel, l2021 Harbor Blvd., Garden Grove (across the street from the CRP Convention)
$17 bucks at door, BUT need a RSVP phoned to Larry Seal
(949-831-9111) on or before 9-25! Speaker is Dick Ackerman,
the next Atty General of Ca (hopefully).
check it out on: www.oc-dittoheads.com
Freepers need to show these dittoheads how to 'activate'.

From a commentary in Friday's Wall Street Journal:

Gray Davis of California has recorded one of worst financial
performances of any governor in any state in a very long time. In his four years in office, the California budget has mushroomed from $74 billion to $101 billion. He inherited a $10 billion budget surplus; now the state faces a two-year $24 billion deficit -- the largest ocean of red ink in the history of the states. The state payroll swelled by 25,000 employees during Davis's first three years in office, a larger increase than the next three biggest states combined. Moody's has downgraded California bond ratings twice already. It may take years for the state to dig out of this fiscal ditch.

bumper sticker source I received a fat envelope in the mail from a freeper in No Cal - free, months ago. I sent him a check for $10 to help his effort - but can't find the cancelled check or remember his name. But I won't forget he was first,, and generous.
