Why would Rudy be wasting his valuable time on such a loser as Simon? He should be pushing Riordan's write in campaign. Now there's someone who can campaign and beat Davis, his $60 million and the whole of the California presstitution racket. ;^)
Wish I could be there.
GO SIMON GO, The next governor of this formerly great state....

Oh, and wouldn't it be neat if Rudy gave a sound bite like "As a former US Attorney, I can't figure out for the life of me why Davis isn't being criminally investigated for his notorious fundraising activities, some of them in his very Governor's office, or said said a Teacher's Union member...."

"Boy, for a sec I thought you were serious! :-o "In light of the negativity and "we're toast" mentality that permeates Simon threads, I can see why you thought so. Have a great weekend....

If we let the conventional whizdumb think for us then we deserve to lose.

Rudy should forget this loser and go campaign for Forrester. At least he has a chance in hell.

Now, now. Two wrongs....
I do hope the campaign is able to give them a "protest area" like Grayout gets, though...

More credit to Giuliani. He doesn't put his finger to the wind before he commits himself. He gives his word and he keeps it.
Simon has made some minor mistakes, but if he loses, I think there will be three reasons. a) California is now so liberal even Gray Davis can't turn them off; b) The imposed head of the California Republican Party has done a miserable job raising money, which was supposed to be what he excelled at; c) The media in California are so twisted it's virtually impossible for Simon to get any positive exposure.
But he still might win if people get out and vote.

Bill Simon on the Radio today: 5 PM on the John and Ken Show, KFI 640-AM (Southern California)
Incidentally, I caught Simon on the radio yesterday on a show I usually avoid, but he mentioned a poll where he is within 1% or 2% of Davis. Great news!

Simon may have made a few mistakes, and he has the world against him (liberal media, Davis' millions), but the people HATE Davis and while they may not like Simon yet, they definitely don't HATE him.
Simon is within striking distance. I think a lot of people are going to be surprised when he wins on November 5th.
Go Simon!

I'm glad to see that Rudy hasn't given up on Simon, like a bunch of wimpy RINO's have done.
As for Davis, if the people of California re-elect this cancer, they deserve him. And they will get no sympathy from me.
At some point in your life, it's time to take out the trash.
