Au contraire, Clymers. Simon has all he needs. The ads will air and the race is on. The voters know Grayout, now they will meet Bill Simon, the next governor of this once fine state....

Something's fishy here - if you recall, Saundra told us that Simon actually had more contributions than Davis in the last reporting period, and the figure she mentioned (I think it was $11m) would have been ample to fund the last weeks of the campaign.
Maybe Simon's putting in less because he's gotten a swell of last-minute contributions and needs less?
Maybe they're manipulating the reporting periods in some way to baffle Davis. Because this is really strange.

Gray Davis can take all of his dirty money and SHOVE IT! GO, SIMON! For victory & freedom!!!
To: Saundra Duffy
Simon will never raise as much as Joe Davis. Joe has been taking bribes for four years and Bill has only got 1 year of fundraising in.
