I'm sure most of you have been to the website www.obamacrimes.com to view Philip Berg's lawsuit against Obama regarding his meeting the constitutional requirements to be President. The claim is that not only may he have been born outside the US, that he may actually be an Indonesian citizen. I'm just wondering if the Electoral College has standing or jurisdiction for looking into this, and more importantly if anyone has the balls to ask the question.

I’m not giving up. It is possible that he is NOT an American citizen, and it is possible that we can FIGHT this. Giving up is exactly what they want us to do instead of fighting to uphold what so many men have died for.

What the Electoral College Constitutionally COULD do and what it WILL do are likely very different things.
My guess is . . . that even if recounts and final tallies gave the thing to McCain, the puppet masters would still insist on shoeing Obamao into office.
I doubt they will ALLOW the Supreme Court to rule against Obamao.

Democrats are in power, and just who would be looking at this if they aren’t interested, and why would they be? Besides, it’s over. If we don’t get Obama, we’ll have Biden and still have the same problems.
The only way out of this now is to suck it up and endure.
No they will not, the procedure is for them to elect whoever they will and then as the votes are read in the Senate and a President-Elect are picked THEN someone in the Senate can contest on the grounds of eligibility. Problem is most of the Senate are on the wrong side of the isle so I doubt if it’ll go anywhere.

The laws mean nothing to obama and his ilk. Massive illegal foreign donations will not be audited. I realize that because all of the illegal activity that has been in our faces since he stole the primary.
The One has never been investigated and brought to justice by those who had the power to enforce laws. The Justice Department was taken over in the Clinton administration and will continue to do nothing against The One. He is bought and paid for, and its as clear as day. The One is above the law.
