Oh, yes, I remember over this past year hearing of several SCOTUS cases where the Court became prejudiced against a party to one of the cases they were considering as a result of some rant the party wrote on the Internet.

Whenever Lurking Libertarian faxes in such a rumor, each of the justices have their clerks follow all the party's postings, to make a determination of whether the party's writings are justifiable Leftist love letters, Right-wing hate speech, or merely non-information-bearing, dispiriting troll droppings.

Seriesly, trolldom was never meant to be so hughly hard. I wonder whether troll duties are reimbursed by the word.

On her blog, she posted the phone number of the Supreme Court and asked people to phone in and protest. I'm sure that helped her with the Court a lot.
