Obama’s own grandmother has stated that she was present when Obama was born in Kenya (the Taitz, et. al. party claims to have this on video).
If there is an actual tape of Obama’s biolgical grandmother stating that Obama was born in Kenya, that would be compelling. However, that would not meet the requirement as proof in any courtroom in this country.
Taitz has never released this alleged videotape, and it has been reported that what the grandmother actually said was that she was present in Kenya when Obama was born in Hawaii.
