RINOs can go the other direction, to the democrats. I think most RINOs would find the Demorats too liberal, even for them.

Runaway slaves or undercover DNC agents aka rinos. What exactly is the procedure for a Democrat to enter the RNC? and have they been accepted unconditionally or will there be a vetting process.

I think most RINOs would find the Democrats too liberal, even for them. - RINOs work for the DNC from within the RNC their mission is not complete until the RNC/GOP is as liberal as the DNC.
