If the state-controlled media/Democrat cartel actually believed that Sarah Palin was unelectable, they'd be begging the GOP to nominate her.

She rode on the back of her middle daughter, Willows Harley.
Sigh.

You just knew their heads would be exploding because she didn't make them the center of her attention. They still don't get it, they never will get it. She'll be comfortably ensconced in the White House and they still will be asking "what happened, where is she, how did she get there?"

RE :
"The goal of the road trip seems to be two fold: 1) to bring the attention back to her after months of laying low, and 2) raise money for her political acti0n committee ahead of Junes Federal Election Commission reporting deadline. Both goals seem to indicate shes considering a run for the presidency.....So, will she run? Dont know, she told one fellow Rolling Thunder biker. The more she plays hard to get, the more the media and voters, she hopes want her."
She's not running, this is all a tease show. But she sure has the MSM fooled, not like it's been the first time.

She’s playing cat and mouse with them....I was thinking about how they handled her son, Track’s, wedding....and how quiet that all was. They are going to wish they’d NEVER toyed with her....

Unfortunately, Rolling Thunder got less coverage than any in recent years - and we’re talking about an event that CNN and CSPAN used to cover for hours, including the no name entertainment. This year, the coverage was mostly Palin and American Idol alumni.
I’m sure for whatever stringer got assigned her bus tour, it was a nightmare trying to cover what they presumed was a photo op or campaign.
I’m disinterested in Palin getting one over on the media, or playing the system, honestly. I don’t want the message to get lost.

Can you imagine Barry hopping on his own Harley and riding with the Thunder? Throw Mama Michele on the back and head out on the highway!
He’d need training wheels.

The more I’ve thought about her strategy, the more brilliant it becomes. The writer is correct, she is playing hard to get and on the biggest stage. This is such a great strategy. She lets people see how weak the field is, which makes more people clamor for her to run, then she tells those same people that she doesn’t know if she will. Just brilliant. She is creating a groundswell of support beyond even her extensive base of loyal supporters. Everyone wants to take her to the prom. And once she announces that she’s running everyone will feel like they ARE taking her to the prom.
P.S. What a prom date she would have been!

“how they handled her son, Tracks, wedding....and how quiet that all was.”
She managed the leak by giving the story to a tabloid who protected their scoop....which they may or may not have bid on to get.

I remember how Reagan didn’t play the media game.
Reagan had a way of talking around the media.

I’m at a loss why you felt the need to make such a hyper defensive inquiry?
I’m touting the days when Rolling Thunder, the event itself, got MORE press coverage. Read my comments again.

She would been the smoking chick who spoke to everyone the same, she would have taken her Bowie knife from her side and cut the top of the beer bottle off. Then insist it gets poured into a frozen mug,,

Think of what Reagan (aka The Great Communicator) could have done with today’s social media and all. Palin is not “one of them” so when she plays by her own rules it just drives them nuts.
For example, what was Romney doing today?
If he got on a Harley it would be almost as big a joke as if Barry did. They’d both need help getting on and off.
