>> if you ever really do get around to reading all my prior posts

I did.

>> you’ll find plenty of anti-Obama posts

You lie. Not a single post mentioning any specific problem you have with any of Obama’s policies. NOT ONE.

Not a single post where you mention support for any conservative principle, policy or position. NOT A SINGLE ONE.

Only posts where you vaguely tar Obama and Romney with the same broad brush — i.e. “Obama and Romney are both liberals and I’m not voting for either”.

I searched for “Obama” in your posting record, which I earlier posted a link to. This experiment is trivially easy to reproduce. I encourage anyone to see for themselves what you’re *really* all about, Tau Food.

You’re not a conservative at all. You bat for the other side. You may fool some but you don’t fool me.

We had 4 years to stop Romney from becoming the nominee.

Did you miss the spectacle that was the 2011/2012 GOP nominating contest? It didn't happen. Some self-proclaimed conservatives hopped from one name to the next: Palin, Bachmann, Perry, Cain, Newt, Santorum... It was theater of the absurd.

As Donald Rumsfield said, "You go to war with the army you have---not the army you might want or wish to have at a later time."

Romney is that army against Obama. There is no savior on the sidelines, there is no 3rd party superstar that will topple everyone else. Those are pipe dreams.

It's simple: Romney or Obama.

I pray you and the other self-destructives are in uncontested states.

The time to hope Romney fails is if he makes bad policy proposals after Obama's tenure is in the history books.

As your litany points out, Romney is malleable meaning he can be moved right. Obama is a rigid, uncompromising imperialist ideologue.

If you think four more of Obama would be the shock required to get a conservative elected next time, you're a mental case.

As for your cutesy graphic, it tells me you are for Obama's cause. When the WA Post and Factcheck.org support Romney's version of his Bain activities, you can bet it's not a put-on.

As the Post pointed out, Democrats fought to keep Romney off the ballot when he ran for governor. MA Dems claimed he wasn't a resident; in fighting that case, Romney never once pointed to working at Bain as evidence that he in fact was still a resident. Now the Democrat party vehemently argues the other way.

Okay, the world is full of trolls who won't vote for Romney.

And, we're all getting paid to be here . . . except you, Nervous.

I hope that will help you to calm down.

One or the other will be president come January. There will be no other outcome.

Correct. But I don't have to enable either leftist and neither do you.

I’m calm. And I see through you quite clearly, too.

I suspect I’m not the only one who does; I’ll see what I can do to help educate the forum about you.

Enjoy your charade while it lasts. It’s just a matter of time before you’re gone — one way or another.

Your entire line of questioning is designed to show that Romney is better than Obama. I agree. Romney is twice as good as Obama. Now revisit your line of questioning, strike the word Romney, and replace it with "Hillary Clinton". Same result. Clinton is twice as good as Obama too. Problem is : neither one is remotely qualified to represent God-fearing, America-loving, Constitution-respecting patriots in any way shape or form our Founders could be proud of. Two times zero is still zero. I wouldn't vote for Hillary Clinton if she ran as a republican because she is not a "conservative". Romney is Hillary Clinton running as a conservative. I wouldn't trust Romney carrying the conservative flag any more than I'd trust Clinton.

Tau is a new guy. I get it. But his distaste for Romney is not a strike against conservative credentials, just ask the boss. Time will tell if he belongs on this forum or not. But a failure to support Romney for POTUS won't be the ruling factor in that decision.

Well, you only need to say it once, Nervous. I don't deserve two posts in a row like that.

Listen, I hate to leave you here on the side of the road like this, but I think I've learned as much as I'm going to learn from you, for now.

You take care of yourself. And, relax. It's going to be all right. I really didn't mean to set you off like that. ;-)

Yes, Tau Food looks like a troll.

It’s easy for the libs to get through, and push to try to get us to go third party. Because they know that if just enough of us, at free republic don’t support the R nominee, they can win.
It’s not just the absolute numbers of freepers, it’s also that, as the base of the base, we have influence beyond our numbers. Lib trolls are certainly working in the shadows, here.

Far from a troll. I am tired of being played by the party that is out of power simply because they are out of power. I am an actual Conservative, one that doesnt need Rush or Hannity to tell me whats up. Think for yourself, dont be a lemming.

I still practice the right to free assembly, Speech, religion, owning guns, and living my life. So tell me, where have these been infringed in MY LIFE? They havent. Does Obama WANT to take away my freedoms? Probably. Does he have the power or the willpower to do so? Absolutely NOT! Beck, Rush, Hannity, et al have made it their biz to gin up votes so their guys can be in office. Well guess what, I am sick of RINOs. Hence the whole RINO List website. Get rid of the RINO and I will gladly vote the WHOLE Republican ticket. Thats the point.

If Obama wins, and we take the Senate, we have 1/3 under Repub control, so HE CANT DO ANYTHING if McConnell and Boehner are as awesome as you would like me to believe. Then in 4 years, we get to pick a real Conservative, since the RINO GOP would not dare pick a loser three times in a row. If we get Romney, and the Senate, we got 2/3 and Romney gets people like YOU, who will give him anything he wants because its better than Obama. We will get Amnesty, Cap and Trade, Homo agenda, abortion, etc. ad infinitum, all b/c YOU said, hes better than Obama. AND if we get Romney, we either get another Obama in 4 yrs or 4 more years of RINO Romney and RINO policies, which if you cant figure out are Obama’s policies ONLY with an R before them. So how’s the one that needs to think about his decisions?

>> But his distaste for Romney is not a strike against conservative credentials

Not in and of itself, no.

Clearly, there are many principled conservatives here who refuse to even consider voting for “the lesser of the evils”. The canonical example is “the boss”, as you call him.

However, just as clearly, that official anti-Romney policy gives cover to trolls loyal to Obama who take advantage of JR’s official position to attempt to manipulate opinion against Romney — not because they “despise both liberals”, but because they *favor* Obama.

I believe his posting history reveals that Tau Food is one of those.

Now that I’m convinced of this, I’ll steer clear of him. That’s about all I can do, except to point out the evidence, which I have done. I love FR but I don’t own it.

FRegards

Monday must also have been a long weekend from the funny-farm from the looks of this suicide thread. Jeeze where is a nutty ronpaul forum when they need one the most?

Here, and on every conservative site.

I’m hoping there are conservative trolls working liberal sites, too.

To assume otherwise would not be prudent.

This is war, after all. Serious business.

Let me understand correctly. So, this person hopes we will have back to back presidential failures in an attempt to save this country from economic collapse. What a rocket scientist we have here.

In the past I was one of those receiving lectures from FR's party faithful about the need to set aside principle and cast the practical vote for the party nominee. I hated hearing it, and despise the GOP who apparently despises me. But....

skeeter, you were doing so well until that but. Obama CANNOT destroy this country. He is ONLY 1/3. Has he done quite a lot of damage, no doubt. My problem is that MOST FReepers will be the ones yakking to us when Williard goes Dances with Liberals on us that we need to stay behind him b/c he's better than if we had Obama. Feel me?

Either that, or believes in the “magical thinking” that by not voting for either candidate, we won’t *get* either of them. Heck, I wish that were true, but I don’t think it is.

(or... they really, secretly *favor* The One and *want* him to win again. My money’s on *that* square, frankly.)

Exactly!

Ø has to GO!

Mittens Stinks!

I'd rather we Tea Party Rally against Romney (once he gets in)- there's a fighting chance he'd listen and adjust.

Fighting Ø is Racist...blah, blah, blah...

(I Can't afford 4 more years of Ø. Many of US can't. If I had more money stashed away I'd say 'F' it and vote for Mickey Mouse and go Galt - I don't have that option right now ....the United States doesn't have that option right Now)

“Obama CANNOT destroy this country. He is ONLY 1/3.”

Well, O’s already destroyed a third of it. With a second term we’ll be 2/3 destroyed, fundamentally transformed for good. What’s amazing is that beyond his exec orders dictating open borders and gay marriage and CIA prosecutions, he hasn’t just taken over the govt, dictator style. That’s certainly the fear of a lot of people. That fear causes a lot of discomfort. That fear alone is reason to GET OBAMA OUT!

>> right to free assembly
Executive order signed by Obama: you can’t gather to protest near him or essentially any of his cabinet or ANY of his administration he so designates.

>> Speech
Fought against Citizens United vs. FEC, which is at its heart a freedom of speech issue. At his SOTU address, actually had the gall to take the chief justice to task for his opinion! How could you forget that??!?

>> religion
You’re joking... right? “We’re not a Christian nation”... pharmacists don’t have the right to refuse morning after prescriptions; Catholic institutions don’t have the right to refuse to pay for Obamacare.

>> owning guns
Sent his counsel to fight against DC gun ownership; attempted an end run around 2nd amendment rights with the Fast and Furious scam

>> living my life
One TLA: EPA. Or maybe you have never run afoul of an EPA diktat, eh greenie? Ever try to buy a @#$%^& gas can that pours from an unobstructed oil spout? Or a simple mercury fever thermometer? What about gas prices, artificially inflated by Obama’s drill nowhere at all policies? Have a job? Great, you’re one of the lucky ones I guess. I don’t know: maybe “living your life” involves lots of liberal goodies you don’t want to give up. MY life has been DIRECTLY impacted by Barky in all these ways — and many, many more.

>> if McConnell and Boehner are as awesome as you would like me to believe.

When did I ever say that? YOU did.

>> Think for yourself

Oh, I am. And I think you’re a troll. Further evidence is that asinine anti-romney graphic you posted about the discredited Bain Capital lie, which incidentally has NOTHING to do with any Romney “policy” you supposedly want to fail.

Carrying the DNC’s water is your goal, apparently.

If the racist America hating Kenyan marxist is going to be sent home in November it looks like it’ll have to be without FR’s help.
