The other thing that the MSM has NOT reported is the increasingly dire European economy, which has the potential to bring the world into a serious double-dip recession, if not outright depression. The MSM is completely blind to the fact we must start to reduce the size and scope of government in many areas and also massively overhaul income taxation to make it WAY more business-friendly for real economic recovery.

In short, with Obama now exposed for the incompetent amateur he really is when having to answer questions without aid from a TelePrompter or a lot of "handlers," we could see Obama's campaign unravel with surprising speed.

The President has problems with short-term memory. In the debate, while he was answering Romney, he forgot most of what Romney had just said. His memory is so bad he even forgets the topic midsentence. That is why he rattles on. It is not a professorial contemplation of intricate questions, it is simply forgetting.

This memory problem is the reason he latched on to each hint Lehrer threw to him, simply repeating Lehrer's words, then getting off track while elaborating on them.

It doesn't matter if he comes out swinging the next time, he will still have trouble responding to a question and completing a sentence.

And so the early indications from the Obama campaign are that it instead intends to go past Romney caricatures and straight to character assassination.

What have they been doing the past few months, if not character assassination and it's still essentially a tied race.

How principled is Romney? I have no idea. I know he's not a socialist like Obama. I know he's a devoted family man and an excellent businessman. At this point, I'll settle for Mr. Romney's qualifications although I've seen him flip flop on abortion and gay marriage. I don't know how principled he is, but he's smart and tough and it looks like that may be enough to defeat 0.

I am still holding firm to my off the wall prediction that romney is “eliminated” by subversive elements and Obama uses the issues from the secret service earlier this year as cover for eliminating him. Obama would kill two birds with one stone in this regard....no competition (all his other races were where the competition was eliminated......mccain was not competition) and he can get rid of the secret service and form his own protection force. This guy is a monster. Never trust a socialist.
