Mitch Tyner, lead counsel for the McDaniel campaign, announced their intentions to challenge the outcome of the June 24 run-off election

Of for sake, quit the BS. Challenge to whom? The controlling communists Party in Mississippi. You will really get far. Doubt this jerk knows how and it will be once again all talk and nothing. Lost faith in America and that includes most States.

I’m sure he’s talking about court action.

This is going to get really ugly and folks could go to prison over what happened in Mississippi. Less has gotten people hard time. I want to why Ted Cruz is not disavowing the NSRC and its hand in all of this:

It’s interesting that while most county clerks were open and honest, others have resisted the McDaniel campaign’s attempt to check ballots.

You see, most clerks are willing to help out to show that the voting was fair—or to at least uncover shenanigans. There should be no reason to resist checking the ballots. You'd think the Party would want an image as a fair and credible one by being objective and support the examination of all ballots and rolls.

And when the investigation of vote fraud is completed and proved, then does Thad Cochran and or Haley Barbour go to jail? No! There will be some low level flunky who takes the fall since Cochran and Barbour are supposedly men of honor due to their political history. That needs to change. Accountability of vote fraud should fall directly on the politician and his/her enabler.

The democrats don’t care who wins. They’re counting on the losers’ supporters to vote for Childers. We KNOW Cochran’s supporters will vote democrat.

Wow, love your upbeat attitude.

BTW, you’re wrong. With all your doom & gloom forecasts you miss the fact that Chris is doing what no other candidate had the cajones to do. He deserves our support for that move win or lose. And I think he’ll win.

Well here’s the thing (and I have made it clear I support McDaniel) ... you can’t see for whom these people voted. You can surmise, but you can’t know. Based on that no judge is going to overturn an election.

In any voter fraud/election fraud case, you MUST show that it somehow affected the outcome or so tainted the process.

It is a ridiculously high hurdle. Furthermore, we’ve only heard about facts, we haven’t seen any.

I wish him the best but this is one big uphill battle.

Tyner passed out copies of the ruling to local media. We’ve searched online and haven’t found it to share with readers.

None of their attorneys have Lexis or Westlaw?

You are not logical.
You are a kill joy, a grump, a depressed and worthless burned out former activist.

If you no longer care? If you have lost hope?

Why do you feel the need to depress everyone else.

Misery loves company but I would rather not be miserable.

Would you please move to a liberal blog and rain on THEIR parade?

Your use of the word “any” is misplaced.

Mississippi law is on our side.

Lost faith in America and that includes most States.

Though I always disliked the "me-too Republicans", in this case, I have to say "me too". I never knew until this election that MS is the most corrupt state in the nation; hadn't a clue.

From the article - it doesn't matter who they voted for.

An election adviser in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, told UK’s MailOnline, [the law] wouldn’t require McDaniel to find 6,700 fraudulent votes cast for his opponent. Any 6,700 ineligible votes would suffice.
