First Post:

“Uh, Roberts is the only guy who threw his hat into the ring......so where is the new young guy you’re looking for and why didn’t he volunteer for the job?”

Second post contradicting your first post, and proving my point that your entire first statement was ignorant:

“Roberts defeated Tea Party challenger Dr. Milton Wolf in the August 5 Republican primary ........”

Thanks!

Game Over. Please insert another quarter to play again!

If conservatives do not support the Republican party, the party will move further Left.

If the Republican Establishment refuses to be conservative when they are entirely in control of all the levers of government, what's the point?

Elect Conservatives. F the party.

A GOP President and Congress resembling the current makeup of members would amend Obamacare and keep it.

You left out the fact Obamacare would never have passed into law if one more Republican of any kind had been elected to the Senate in 2008.

The idea there is no difference between the parties is not even good hyperbole. It's simply a stupid contention.

If Roberts's 86% rating from the American Conservative Union isn't sufficient enough for you to support him against a liberal, you need to stop pretending you even have a political strategy to turn the country around. Nothing you support will ever result in anything but what we've seen for six years -- leftist Democrats ruling and destroying the nation.

The point is 1) to stop Harry Reid the Democrats from packing the court to far leftist judges. If that continues there is NO legislative option left. 2) To allow the increasing number of conservatives in the Senate to set the agenda for a majority party 3) To give a conservative President control of Senate his party controls in 2017.

Roberts defeated Tea Party challenger Dr. Milton Wolf in the August 5 Republican primary

Perhaps I should have been more succinct in my post to you due to your obvious lack of comprehending the written word .

This thread is about Sarah Palin supporting Pat Roberts in his campaign against a Democrat opponent, it has nothing to do with who may or may not have run against Roberts in the Primary. Who by the way was Dr. Milton Wolf.

”Throwing his hat into the ring” was a reference to Roberts NOW running against Greg Orman……..

But back to your comment “Way to groom the youngblood”, just who is this “youngblood” you’re referring to and why does such a person need to be groomed? He either appeals to his potential constituents due to his core beliefs or he does not. Are you suggesting he modify his tone just to attract voters like the Democrats do or does he speak from his heart and his core beliefs?

And if you’re referring to Dr. Milton Wolf, it’s apparent Mr. Roberts was able to answer the concerns of his constituents much better than Dr. Wolf……..

As a side note Miltie, just because a political group labels themselves "Tea Party" does not mean they represent the vast majority of republicans in their respective districts.........and we have now seen that in the defeat of Dr. Wolf...........

As a side note Miltie, the “Tea Party” is not a party. It has no political recognition; it has no delegates and is nothing more than a moniker that was assigned to a specific right leaning conservative group by the MSM.

Yes, I am a member of the “Tea Party” but I do not have any representation nor do I have any clout within the political spectrum. All I and we can do is support candidates who are willing to represent us and what we stand for………

And since Dr. Wolf was defeated by Roberts, why shouldn't Sarah Palin throw her support for Roberts since Wolf is now out of the picture?

Gov. Palin is in Kansas because she wants their support, soon, as she intends to run for President.

Kinda’ obvious.
