Here’s the problem: Mitt Romney’s father, Gov.George Romney of Michigan (R), considered running for President in 1964. After extensive legal research he found that his birth in Mexico made him ineligible to be President. Mitt has all that paperwork, and will block Sen.Cruz’s attempts to become the Republican candidate.
Gov.Mitt Romney is a progressive and NOT conservative, and worse, he is an incompetent politician who never tried to draw his party together to support him. He can’t seem to realize that when you win a candidacy, you have to ask the folks in your party for their votes. His biggest mistake in 2012 was not asking Gov.Sarah Palin and evangelicals for their support. The social conservatives are the field workers and foot soldiers of the Republican Party. Since Romney treated them like dirt, they all stayed home.
