Florida Sen. Marco Rubio and his wife, Jeanette, will join New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and Christie's wife, Mary Pat, tonight at the Romney estate on New Hampshire's Lake Winnipesaukee, the Washington Post reports.

The two couples will be overnight guests of Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney at his 11-acre estate in Wolfeboro, N.H., the Post said.

Do you really see a lot of support for Romney in FR? I see some, but I believe a small minority. Am I wrong?

Yes. Look at all the people still to this day making excuses for him and their vote 1n 12.

That ‘lesser evil’ crap serves one purpose. To make it OK to vote in another Romney in a different election. To make another abandonment of conservatism acceptable. They CAN’T admit the evil of him because then they have to admit their part. So they keep nipping at the edges to keep their fantasy guilt free and thus, help him remain relevant. and in our faces.

If any one of these guys, Rubio, Christie, Bush and possibly Walker, ends up being the GOP nominee, I look for Romney to campaign vigorously for said nominee; with a possible Cabinet position in mind. If the nominee is Ted Cruz or some other non-RINO candidate, I suspect Mr. Romney will have other commitments that will keep him from the campaign trail.

I’m thinking that neither Rubio nor Christie will carry their home state in the GOP Primary.

I guarantee that they are negotiating a potential President-Vice President ticket.
