There are many multi-billion dollar businesses that have ended up on the wrong side of an anti-SLAPP judgment. Trump wouldn't be the first. And everyone here is talking about all of the big-money people behind CFG - do you really believe they wouldn't have the money to fight Trump in a lawsuit he CANNOT win? And once the suit is filed, if CFG files a claim under the anti-SLAPP statute, even if Trump drops the case, CFG can still get sanctions, attorney fees and punitive damages. Once the anti-SLAPP statute is invoked, he can no longer say, "no harm, no foul".
