Exactly. The writer tries hard to pin all the blame on the campaign manager who obviously was either stealing or stupid, but the bottom line is if Walker didn’t know he was paying for 90 people early in the campaign then he deserved to lose. And if he did know he was paying for 90 people he deserved to lose. Either way, it was bad management Walker all the way.

As Trump says: it’s called management.
