Now what does that say about Floridians, they haven't picked anyone good ever, have they?

That should be illegal. Isn’t it contributing to criminal activity? Aiding and abetting a known criminal?

Interesting. According to Rubio, an illegal Mexican should pay less tuition in Texas than an American from New Mexico would. An illegal Haitian in Florida would pay less tuition than a legal citizen of Georgia would. This is one of many areas in which Rubio is completely out of touch with decent people and with decent values.
And American kids will still pay the full fair and then some.
And how are they going to pay for in state tuition.
The loans they took out under stolen identity.
